We investigate structures based on C13, a carbon isotope with nuclear spin 1/2, and explore their low-lying energy levels using resistively-detected electron spin resonance (ESR). The unique topology of the electronic bands manifests clearly in transport measurements, where resonance features provide precise access to spin splittings. Our experiments resolve the intrinsic spin-orbit gap, anisotropic g-factor corrections, sublattice-dependent splitting, and hyper-induced splitting specific to C13-based graphene. We also discuss proximity effects, highlighting off-gap features that remain unexplained by current models.
